Preschool Paula

Last year, about this time, Paula started preschool. The anticipation was very high, and we had been counting down the days. Here she is at the preschool open house:
And here she is on her very first day:
Her teacher was Ms. Stacie, and the Tiny Backpacks Preschool was held in her newly finished basement.
After her first day, Paula was proud to show me her Super Taster Sticker that she earned for trying every food offered at snack time.
She loved preschool, and always looked forward to the days when she got to go.
She had a cozy class with just six kids: Claire, Quinn, Evan, Makayla, Audrey, and Paula.
I loved the peaceful walks to and from preschool on the pleasant days when we were able to go on foot.
Despite her school being called "Tiny Backpacks," Paula was told her backpack was a little too tiny to fit all her projects, so we had to upgrade to a larger size.
Paula Koala, all comfy after a morning at school:
Here is Paula when it was her turn to take the Mystery Bag to school. The kids got to pick out a fun object from their house like a toy or a game, include three clues, and see if anyone could figure out what they brought.
Preschool is the cutest kind of school!
