Fall photos

It's Christmas Day, and once Wylie was napping and the girls were happily playing this afternoon, I got to spend some time on the couch sorting through pictures from two months ago. There were a lot. Here is a dose of Dixon October:

Our favorite maple tree:
Bethke Fall Social at Northern Colorado Corn Maze:
Taste in Timnath, Old Town Timnath:
(Wylie was really good at the "tasting" part of Taste in Timnath)
Mika ran into her book buddy from school
free squishy brains and squishy hearts
Fall into Fashion dinner with Activity Day girls at church:
Story Explorers Book Club at the Windsor Library:
(Paula and I made a pirate hat for Wylie at one meeting)
(the girls are playing with gloves dipped in shortening and ice water to simulate bear blubber at this meeting)
At the final meeting, Paula and I cut felt to make a monster, then turn it into a house.
 Bethke 4k:
(Ramona and Mika finished the whole thing and earned their dog tags)
Paula and Wylie played on the playground while they waited for them to get done.
Raking leaves:
Matchy Boys:
Perfect park days:
(Castle Park in Windsor)
(Spring Canyon Park in Fort Collins)
(Fossil Creek Park in Fort Collins)
We had Paca visiting that weekend
Merry Christmas!
